They said they would do cartilage tying + use ear cartilage, but since my ears are small, they would use donated dermis if needed.. A side effect is redness. While looking at my whole face, they said my eyes are deep-set, so raising the nasal bridge would not look good, and that I should not do the nasal bridge, but just do the nasal tip a little without an implant. They said if I did too much, it would look upturned and become an upturned nose, so we should raise the nasal tip only slightly and naturally. Excluding the donated dermis, it was exactly the surgical method I had in mind, so I liked it. The anesthesia is local anesthesia... AS is for 1 year, and they said I cannot view CCTV. But if it is local, I would be awake, so there probably would not be a substitute surgeon?? The doctor was kind, and I had come from the previous clinic after getting hit with blunt truths, but here they also complimented me, so it was nice. Oh, they also told me my nose is crooked. I always tore at my nose from squeezing nose sebum.
