Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m in my 40s. Please take a look and tell me if my arrow-shaped nose has straightened out

<Current><Current><Before surgery><Before surgery>I had rhinoplasty about 10 years ago, and as I got older, my nose became pinched. From the outside it sometimes looked like a shriveled nose, and it stressed me out so much, so I had revision rhinoplasty two months ago.

Unlike younger people, I was worried because my recovery was slower, but I think it’s healing more smoothly than I expected. Now that it’s been about two months, the swelling definitely seems to have gone down a lot. I’ve also been doing cardio and avoiding salty and spicy foods, so I think I’ve lost a bit of weight too.

My nose looked very bulky because they were correcting the pinched area, but I think it has settled a bit now.

They used donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. To be precise, I had surgery for an arrow-shaped nose and a pinched nose. There was no cartilage left inside, so having this surgery again was really hard.

That aside, everything else is okay, but... the hospital told me to wear a nostril retainer until the 3-month mark. That part feels a bit uncomfortable. My skin is on the thin side, and they said the adhesions were severe. I’m curious how long everyone else wore theirs.

People around me say it turned out well because I look different from before, but I still can’t get used to this unfamiliar look.. Does it look like it has improved??
