My nose had been through everything, from silicone inflammation to costal cartilage warping. I thought this was truly the last time and had surgery here, and since my nose had been through so much trouble, I wanted a human-looking nose more than something aesthetic, and they made it that way for me. I don't even know how many times my columella has been opened, but the scar was least noticeable from here, and the nurses and consultant are all kind ~
