Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

It's been one month since rhinoplasty, and I'm going to remove it

I originally had a dragon-like nose, and it stressed me out so much that I decided to get rhinoplasty. I had a complex about my nostrils since I was young, and I had always made up my mind that I would get rhinoplasty someday. I didn't go out with my friends, worked part-time, put two-thirds of everything into savings, saved up scholarship money, and got rhinoplasty - I found out there was a surgical method called alar lowering that makes the nostrils less visible, so I had alar lowering done. Since I was doing it anyway, I wanted my side profile to look a bit more three-dimensional, so I put silicone into my low nose and raised the nasal tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Before the surgery, I really emphasized over and over that I wanted it to look so natural and subtle that it looked like I had and hadn't done it.. But when the splint came off, I was shocked. . Because of swelling, the area between my eyebrows was puffy, my nasal tip was pointing up toward the sky, and my nostrils were more visible than before surgery ,,,, I asked the hospital and also asked on the Gangnam Unni app, and they said that as time passes and the swelling goes down, the nasal tip will come down much more than I expected. I'm one month post-op now, and honestly my nostrils are still very visible. I got rhinoplasty because I was stressed that my nostrils were so visible, but now they're more visible than before surgery, so honestly I look like some kind of animal. After the surgery, I found out that the director at the hospital where I had surgery apparently pursues a flashy nose style ..... Yes.. The nasal tip became way too high for my image, so my younger brother teases me and calls me Pinocchio^^ At least I'm wearing a mask; I'm using coronavirus as an excuse and not meeting friends right now... I wanted early removal, so I told the director, and he asked if I didn't like the nose shape, said he would remove it if I wanted removal, but suggested we wait about a month first.. He said to come for the one-month follow-up and decide then - This Wednesday, I'm going up to Seoul both to ask about nose removal and for my one-month follow-up ..... Living in the provinces is really hard. Transportation costs are not small either. I don't get allowance and only had money from part-time work ,,, These days, because of coronavirus, the cafe where I work part-time is also closed, so I can't even earn money.. Even if I remove it, they'll charge a removal fee, right..? ㅜㅜㅜ I feel like I got rhinoplasty for nothing ... I should have just lived being satisfied with my original appearance. Wasting money and wasting time, I'm really patheticㅜㅜ They said I had travel misfortune starting this year, and I really might end up going to Seoul often ㅎ ..ㅋ I know revision surgery is usually done after 6 months. But I really don't think I can last 6 months. School will probably start in March, and I really hate going to school looking like this ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I wanted to walk around confidently looking prettier after rhinoplasty, but what is this.. My self-esteem is hitting rock bottom even more. This time, I'm going to meet the director and firmly say I want removal, and if he says it's okay to take it out, I'm going to remove it as soon as possible. I want to return this hard nose and this nose that's only high back to how it was before. Sigh sigh sigh
