The manager was kind, and the director also consulted kindly. When I asked about getting a more youthful-looking face, they recommended fat grafting and explained the reason well, which I liked (I hadn't thought about fat grafting haha). I also liked that afterward, the manager wrote down the estimate and consultation details and gave me a consultation results sheet.
