While browsing Instagram, I saw eyes that were truly my ideal, so I added the clinic to my consultation list and went there. The hospital felt like the neighborhood internal medicine clinic I used to go to when I was young. Honestly, as long as the surgery went well, I didn’t really care much. I showed the doctor photos and had a consultation, and when I saw the line he marked for me, I kept wondering, “If I have surgery along this line, will my eyes turn out like the eyes in this photo?” so a lot of question marks popped up in my head. But he spoke with confidence, so since he’s the expert, I accepted it. Still, even now I do find it puzzling. But what made me think surgery here wasn’t for me was the consultation. I found myself wondering, “Are reviews more important than postoperative care for my eyes after surgery?” The doctor was kind and nice, but I was really disappointed in the consultation roomㅠㅠ
