The consultant felt like a friendly older sister, so I really liked that lol. The director was a bit firm, but that actually made him feel more trustworthy? But he brought up alar reduction, which other clinics hadn’t really mentioned, so I felt a bit iffy about that.. I asked whether it could be done without silicone; the consultant said it was definitely possible, while the director’s stance was that silicone absolutely has to be used if I want to raise the nasal bridge, so their opinions were slightly different.
