My skin wasn’t on the thick side, and I don’t think my nose was that difficult, but after the surgery there wasn’t much change, so I’m wondering what was even done. I’m thinking about revision surgery for a bulbous nose that didn’t improve, so would I need to use rib cartilage then? They did say my septal cartilage isn’t that large.. I’m looking at places like JT and Louvre, and they do seem to use donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage a lotㅠ Revision surgery itself feels burdensome, and using rib cartilage feels like such a big thingㅜ For those who had revision surgery for a bulbous nose, what material did you use?

도레미파쏠 It does seem like costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery~ You can decide after a consultation whether donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage would be better. Both places are good.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
