I had revision rhinoplasty after 10 years. Compared with 10 years ago, plastic surgery techniques have changed a lot, and trends have changed a lot too. It was a revision surgery, but... for my first surgery, I really knew nothing and just did whatever the doctor at the time told me to do. These days, clinics have become much kinder. Director Choi Sung-hoon, who consulted with me, explained things well in a friendly way. Since it had been a long time since my surgery, my nasal tip had drooped a bit, while the bridge of my nose was too high in comparison, so it looked awkward. He carefully explained how it would be good to operate. As expected from a large clinic, they had an anesthesiologist and CCTV, so I chose it. Here, instead of a splint, they used cotton inside the nose and taping, so it was easy to wear a mask and go to work. Now it has been about a week? since the stitches were removed, and I think the shape I want will come out once the swelling goes down more.
