When I first went, I had made a reservation, but they said there was no reservation. So I wondered what was going on, but they explained that it was an error and apologized. Aside from that, the director was literally sweet, the price was reasonable, and it was good. When I said my nose was crooked, they even checked inside my nose with an instrument haha
