Here, I felt that the consultation reviews and the actual consultation matched quite well. They were very conservative, with the feeling that they tell you not to add it unless it is truly necessary. Anyway, since this is work people do to make a living, I wouldn't say they are moral saints who will oppose and hold you back if you insist that you really want to add it, but in a world full of clinics that try to extract as much as possible by adding everything even where it is not needed, I felt that even this level was quite decent. At the time, I didn't go in with my mind firmly made up; I went while wavering, wondering, 'Should I get fat grafting?' So it's a shame that I couldn't get as much out of the consultation as I actually could have.
