Because of these, I'm considering revision rhinoplasty. When I had a consultation, the doctor said it's a straight-line nose, but the tip feels too pointy, so the plan is to make it just a little rounder and raise the tip just slightly, and if surgery is done like this, the nose would end up looking a bit shorter.
They said my nose looks long now because it's slightly straight-shaped?
For the nasal bridge, I'm only going to correct the pinched part and not make it higher.
