Day 1 - My abdomen swelled a lot - Pain when my body swayed on the bus - My throat felt fine as soon as I came out, so I was happy, but after I got home and some time passed, it felt scratchy - I had an appetite, but when I ate, it felt a lot like the blocked feeling you get when swallowing sweet potato without drinking water - Blood circulation in both arms was poor, so they were numb, completely white, slightly decreased sensation + cold - I had almost no pain on the first day - Extremely cold after surgery - There was no highway
Day 2 - Suddenly it became very painful; more of a chest pain feeling than pain in the breast fat area - My abdomen also hurt - Weight also increased, about 2 kg - Rather than losing nipple sensation, my nipples became extremely sensitive and painful - I needed help with everything, eating and going to the bathroom
Day 3 - Much better than day 2 - Used public transportation (only had to be careful when sitting) - Got a swelling injection at the hospital and started the compression band - Bruising x - I could get up on my own from a certain degree of incline
Day 4 - Could wash my face and scratch my eyes by myself - Something around the fat area...? It felt like being poked with something sharp, tingling on both sides for 20-30 minutes - Heat sensation, excessive swelling, redness, etc. x
As of the 27th - Showering from 2 weeks after surgery - No pain after the tingling pain on day 4 - Breakouts as a side effect of capsular contracture medication - Gradually softening from a bouncy-ball firmness
