The director had confidence and expertise in the procedure. The remaining filler was injected into my under-eye aegyo-sal. I didn't have time, so I didn't get anesthesia, but I don't know whether the director performed it in a way that didn't hurt or whether I just don't feel pain well, but it didn't hurt at all.
