A few things about lip filler

Before <top) before treatment bottom) treatment area (only the areas colored in)> <left) before treatment right) after treatment> I have small lips. You can think of Park Na-rae’s lips.

I am posting because there are a few things I thought of after getting it done.

1. If you try to change the original shape enormously, later on (if you keep getting it) it can deform a lot and become a third kind of lip. 2. If your natural lips are pretty (if the contours are clear), the result comes out that much better. 3. I think the most addictive thing of all is lip filler retouching. I have seen countless reviews, but I have never seen reviews saying they would get something redone as often because it disappears, as much as lip filler. Among petit procedures, I mean. And I keep seeing posts saying that after getting lip filler frequently, the philtrum looked longer, and eventually they even got mouth-corner surgery and philtrum reduction. Maybe because my lips are small, I am not that dissatisfied about it fading, but for people with large lips, it seems that it shows that much more noticeably. Especially, many people obsess over the mouth corners, and after getting it myself, I think I understand why.

Advantages of lip filler 1. Since they look plump, the lips look lively. 2. There is talk that all lip wrinkles disappear and such, but that is total nonsense. Like a balloon, the volume increases so the wrinkles look stretched out, but they are still there faintly. 3. Definitely, whatever you apply on the lips looks pretty.

Precautions 0. Only your lips may look pretty. 1. If the design does not suit your face, you look older. 2. People with small lips really need to get only a very small amount. If overdone, the lips alone can give a plastic-surgery-monster feeling. 3. If your philtrum is long, even one session can make your side profile look like only the lips are sticking up. It is funnier than duck lips. This has to be designed well. 4. It is highly addictive. 5. For about two weeks, you really have to avoid putting things in your mouth, such as straws and cigarettes. Even after all kinds of surgeries, I am the type who is fine smoking and drinking, but after I smoked with this, one side immediately drooped. It seems to be because I bit down on it. Even now, after the swelling has gone down, it is slightly drooped. 6. Mouth-corner Botox alone probably will not lift the mouth corners. If you look at the treatment area in the lower part of the first photo, I colored in blue the area on the side of the upper lip near the mouth corner; filler has to be injected into that area and then mouth-corner Botox has to be injected, so that because of the weight, the upper lip flips outward and creates the look of a smiling face. So the more you get in that area, the more it protrudes downward, and if you also get mouth-corner Botox, I think it creates a cat-like “kyu” expression. Also, I already had both peaks of the upper lip, so I did not get filler there, and I got a little in the center between them. If you get it there and massage it, when viewing the side line, the lip shape looks lifted upward. This is not pretty if the philtrum is long. Or, like a gradation, you would need to get an extremely tiny amount slightly above the philtrum and then come downward, but that seems risky...

I got a little over 1 cc. There is also a retouch next time, but if I do not get it within that period, I cannot use it. I do not think it will fade by that period, and I have no intention of forcing myself to get more, haha.

What I want to say is that, unexpectedly, lip filler changes your impression a lot. Whether that is in a good way or a bad way.. If you are thinking, “Should I try it once?” I think it is better not to get it.
