It felt a bit expensive compared with other clinics. I went for a consultation on alar reduction, and they said it might be good to do the nasal tip together as well. They said doing only the alae would be fine too... They said they mentioned it because the nasal tip is bulbous, so I might feel disappointed. Since I had previously had cartilage repositioning, it would be considered revision surgery, so the nasal tip, alae, and artificial dermis nasal bridge came to 5.95 million won. If I partially disclose nose photos, it would be 5.4 million won. If I do only the alae, 1.4 million won. They recommended an internal incision, but said they do not do muscle excision. According to the consultant, muscle excision would be a big problem and would also leave deep scars.
