I had both nose filler and threads done at the same time. It had a typical factory-style(?) feel. I first had a consultation with the consultant, paid, then right before the procedure I designed the look with the doctor and proceeded. Since I did it during an event, it felt a bit cheaper? I remember there were several consultants; one of them did not recommend or pressure me into additional procedures (she actually even discouraged some), while another openly asked how I felt about doing other procedures together too, which caught me a little off guard.
