My face was originally small-featured and delicate in that kind of style. My first nose surgery was about 15 years ago, and the starting point was a bit high and my nose was upturned. So I had revision surgery to improve that. It was a hospital famous for revision surgery, and 2 of my friends around me had it done there. I heard many friends of friends also had it done there. Their results were very natural. And one person even had an upturned nose similar to mine, so after checking the surgical result directly with my own eyes, I also had it done at that hospital without much legwork. It was also famous for making results look natural.
But ...... from an upturned nose, now it has become an arrow-shaped nose. And my nose got bigger. It became like Squidward’s nose. The hospital also admitted it. My entire impression changed. ^^ After the revision surgery, I never once heard that I got prettier, and I often heard that I “changed.” I thought that, within my original image, my nose would just be lowered slightly so my nostrils wouldn’t show, but that wasn’t the case. (Because all my friends’ impressions didn’t change much, and only their shortcomings were slightly improved.)
For surgery on a short nose, upturned nose, and small nose, I’ve seen plastic surgeons on YouTube say it is a difficult surgery, and I really think you have to be very careful and do it well.
I’m waiting for a re-revision surgery, and I’ll come back with another review.
