Deviated septum function + cosmetic (no implant, ear cartilage graft) It has been exactly 10 days, and the swelling is going down faster than I expected. There is a little residual swelling, but it is barely noticeable right now.
My right nostril was always blocked, but I don’t know if there has been a major change yet. The area stitched with dissolvable sutures does not seem to have completely healed yet. Even when I touched the nasal tip cartilage with my hand, I could clearly feel the deviated area, and that part seems to have been completely improved.
There was no change to the nasal bridge, and only the nasal tip was brought forward a bit more. People who saw my face occasionally mostly just notice that something seems different, while people I see every day recognize it right away. Everyone tells me it turned out well, so I’m satisfied. I had two worries: what if it is too unnoticeable... and what if it is too noticeable... but I’m satisfied for now.
I think it is the best money I have spent this year. Of course, you need to research carefully and think it through enough before doing it, but if it has been a long-standing concern and complex for you, making a bold decision also seems good. (Be sure to prepare thoroughly.) I can’t make a pig nose ^^
