I’ve always had very little fat in my breasts, so even when I gained more than 15 kg, my breasts didn’t get bigger, and on the contrary, even when I lost weight, not much breast fat came off. So compared with my height and build, having small breasts had always been a complex for me... I always felt a little disappointed that they didn’t have to be huge, just a size that matched my overall body balance would have been enough. So I spent a long time debating whether to do implants or fat grafting, but if you put in implants, the shape and feel are inevitably different from natural breasts, which wasn’t my preference. And I didn’t have a strong desire for size, so I started looking into fat grafting mainly. Then I had an accident that fractured a bone, and I lived for a year with a plate fixation. The foreign-body sensation from that fixation device and the incision scar stressed me out so much that I decided I should enlarge them with fat grafting rather than implants... kind of self-clinical trial, haha Anyway, while doing my own research, just checking these three things - whether a board-certified plastic surgeon is present, whether an anesthesiologist is on site, and whether CCTV viewing is available - made me realize that most clinics didn’t meet them, which was a bit of a wake-up call... Still, plastic surgery is about going in person, so I consulted at a few places first. The clinic I booked for surgery also met all three conditions, and after visiting in person I felt the director’s consultation was the most honest and professional, so after half a day of thinking I just booked it. On the day of surgery, before it started, I met the director and we chatted briefly while they marked up my body. I was more afraid of the side effects of liposuction than the side effects of grafting, so I said there was no need to do excessive suctioning (I’ve gained a lot of weight now, but I’m the type who thinks fat should be lost through exercise and diet, so...) Anyway, the surgery was done under sedation anesthesia, and it was extraction from the thighs and grafting to the breasts, while the upper arms only had a little suctioning. When I woke up from anesthesia, the surgical area itself didn’t hurt that much, but the ribs and shoulder blade area hurt so much that breathing was painful I found out it was muscle pain right after anesthesia, so I relaxed and just accepted the pain큐 Still, I tried to sleep as much as possible like a newborn baby and paid attention to my posture when lying down and sitting, and it gradually got better! (For reference, I use a home protector.) The swelling, as explained to me, was worst on the night between day 2 and day 3. I diligently drank angelica tea and went out on days 2, 4, and 6, gradually increasing the distance, so the swelling in my upper body has now almost gone down... I’m someone who swells easily, but is angelica tea really this effective? Anyway... right now only my calves and ankles are still a little swollen. The bruising wasn’t as big or serious as I feared, so that’s a relief. It’s visibly getting lighter day by day. I’m also a bit sensitive about the incision site because I tend to scar easily, but every time I contacted the coordinator, they responded so kindly that I was hugely moved... And most of all, my breasts... got bigger beyond my expectations.... Fat grafting is such a random game when it comes to take rate, so I was just hoping my body type would cooperate and I’d be satisfied even if the shape improved, but what do you know, not only did the shape get prettier, my breasts just got big enough to feel heavy... When I moved my arms or buttoned my clothes, there used to be empty space there, but now my breasts brush against things, so at first I really couldn’t get used to it... Also, I was afraid that once the swelling went down the size would shrink and I’d be disappointed, so I purposely didn’t look in the mirror too often, but even after accounting for the swelling going down, the size is still faaaaar more than satisfying. My younger sibling touched them and said they wanted to get it done too And honestly, I have a really severe pigeon chest and wide-set breasts, but it seems they also filled in the upper breast and cleavage area carefully so both are really plump, which makes me so satisfied.. As a home protector, I’m going to keep sleeping well and do my best to help the fat cells take hold... Plus, I had the surgery right after my period, so it was during the time in my cycle when my breasts are usually at their smallest, and it still came out like this, which feels amazing Anyway, if you ask in the comments what you’re curious about, I’ll answer as much as I can based on what I looked into...!
