It was my first time getting salivary gland Botox, and since I had previously gotten jaw Botox and experienced cheek hollowing, I had a lot of worries before getting it. But the director who performed the procedure that day was very kind and explained various things in a lot of detail, so I trusted them and got the procedure. During the procedure, they checked whether it hurt and kept watching my muscle movement while giving the injections. When I told them my areas of concern, they also told me recommended procedures and areas that could be improved (no pressure to get procedures). I liked that they checked things throughout while performing the procedure.
