The consultation was very rough, and the manager does most of the work, but the manager also has a style of just believing whatever I say. The director is unfriendly, and I had surgery right away at age 20 after the consultation, but now, 4 years later, I want to have my eyes and nose redone again. My double eyelids show way too much surgery, my eyes are uneven, and I had a partial incision, so it failed.
