The consultant said that if bulbous nose correction is done, there are methods like cutting the alar cartilage or adjusting it to some extentㅠㅠ But I thought alar cartilage shouldn't be cut carelessly... The director didn't say anything about cutting the alar cartilage, and overall the consultation was okay. He pointed out well what parts were lacking, and because my maxillary bone is slightly slanted, he said my left ear would be lower compared with the right, and he even got the drooping ear shape right... Even though I had it covered with my hair, he got it right, so it was fascinating.. I did get a strong feeling that the consultation manager wasn't very good at explaining things, but the surgery is done by the director, so well... I didn't get a CT scan, and there was no consultation fee.
