I do have a bridge, but the tip of my nose was so low that I looked into getting only the tip done. I heard the reviews here were good, so I came for a consultation. It was my first time going for a nose consultation, so I was very nervous, but the manager was kind, and more importantly, the director didn't pressure me about unnecessary parts or parts that didn't seem like they would improve much. I was told the surgery would use alar cartilage, and after hearing about the advantages, it seemed optimized in many ways for the natural feel I wanted, so I have a positive impression.
