I got an alar reduction because my nostril wings looked a bit wide from the front, but maybe the problem was that it was done with an external incision.
If anything, my nostril wings look even bigger than before, and the width of my nose got wider too. My nasal tip also dropped so much,,, my whole nose just became lower and wider overall, and the scarring is really severe.
I don’t know if they attached the tissue strangely, but it looks like something is sticking out in the middle like that ㅜ
I’m honestly so stressed that I’ve had nose surgery three times ㅜ When I think about that time, I want to go find the doctor and kill them.
