They did not recommend epicanthoplasty, and recommended doing it with an incisional method. I liked that they said ptosis correction was not necessary. They said it was because the skin had sagged and come down, so it could be corrected with double eyelid surgery alone. However, I did not like the line, so I think I need to think about it a bit more.
