The consultant also kept pushing same-day booking too much, and while talking about a review discount, even though I said I had another consultation afterward, maybe because of that, it felt like she kept trying to persuade me.. But the director was really kind, considerate, gentle, and warm. He also did virtual surgery and talked about everything from the fundamental breast issues to what would happen after surgery and things like that. He did not particularly recommend one specific implant, but he clearly told me which implant seemed the most advantageous and suitable. In my case, I need to fill the upper breast, and he said implants with a low fill rate move down more toward the lower breast rather than the upper breast when standing, so they would not fill the upper breast. He said he recommends something full, like Motiva or Mentor Boost. Still, if I do not like it, he said to consider fat grafting later. For the incision, I could choose between transaxillary and inframammary.

I checked in, changed, and waited, and the consultant came to guide me right after finishing the previous consultation. The director's diagnosis was that Mentor-type implants would not correct the upper breast, so Motiva would be more advantageous. For the incision, both transaxillary and inframammary are possible, but since my inframammary fold is on the deeper side, he said inframammary would probably be better.

The diagnosis was either Motiva or Sebbin, and between the two he recommended Motiva a bit more because it has the better fill rate. For the incision, he said he could do inframammary too, but unless there is a special reason, transaxillary is better, because when lying down everything shows and people get stressed because of the scar.

AS: ㄱㄹ, ㅇㄷ, and ㄷㅅㅎ were lifetime, and anesthesia was general anesthesia for all. For the compression bra, ㄷㅅㅎ and ㅇㄷ said wearing a sports bra for 1 month, and ㄱㄹ said it differs depending on the individual's progress. You may only do an upper band, you may do both a compression bra and upper band, or you may not do any at all. However, if doing a compression bra, they said they make it as a custom compression bra so it is as comfortable as possible and helps the cleavage come together better.
