Revision rhinoplasty nasal dorsum step-off consultation tour review

First of all, if I do it this time, it will be my third surgery. Seeing the cost keep going up makes me feel hit by reality. I'm worried whether this time can be the last. The hospitals I went to before were all large hospitals. The first director was really good, and even though it was a large hospital, they took good care of me, so I didn't feel the downsides of a large hospital either. The second hospital was also a large one, and I seriously regret it. If people around me say they are going there, I will stop them.

Anyway, I only looked at private clinics, went to four places, and I'll leave a review. I think I'll have surgery at one of these, but I still don't know.

1. ㅊㅇㅊㄹ CT, consultant, director All three had almost no wait, which was nice, and same-day booking was available, so I went there first. They were chic, but treated me really well. They asked me everything, like whether I had anything else I was curious about. Felt the most realistic? The cost was the highest. They told me a lot about what could be improved in my nose and what would realistically be difficult. There was no pressure about a deposit either.

2. ㅍㄴㅅ It was nice that they could take an X-ray too. But if that X-ray were essential for autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty, I felt other hospitals would have introduced it too, so I wondered whether it was necessarily important. If it were essential, wouldn't other places do it too? The director was consulting in the next room, and maybe because he was being detailed, there was a big delay. He looked very young on YouTube too, but in person he looked at least a little less young. However, I am concerned because the clinic opened too recently. The pressure to pay a deposit was strong.

3. ㅂㅇㅇ I don't know if it's because word of mouth spread or because they are good at surgery and have many patients, but among the hospitals I've been to so far, it had the most people, and it seemed like there were many staff too. Most of all, the wait time for the director consultation was too long. I'm worried that waits will also be long when I come for follow-ups or treatment. I felt that downside during my second surgery. The director's consultation was really good, but the consultant didn't suit me. If I have surgery there, I want to change consultants.

4. ㅇㅂㅋ There was almost no wait, and the vibe was very different from the hospitals I consulted at before. Felt the most realistic.

1 and 4 are realistic. 2 and 3 are the feeling I want. But after coming all the way to a second revision, I realized that the ideal feeling I want is difficult, and my expectations have collapsed a lot, so I wonder if it might actually be better to do it at a realistic place. This is hard.

2 says osteotomy is needed, and 3 says osteotomy is not necessary.

Now that I've heard several opinions, I want to go back and consult everywhere again from the beginning lololol

For 1, we didn't talk about silicone removal, so now that I've made up my mind about removal, I want to consult there again. The removal talk first came up at 2.. If I had known I would rack my brain like this, I shouldn't have gotten plastic surgery from the start. If people around me say they want to get their nose done now, I should stop them. Especially if they have an originally droopy nose, arrow-shaped nose, and long nose like me, I think the answer is to live without doing it. Problems just keep happening, and now that even a step-off has developed, I'm so annoyed ㅠ

Sympathy emoticon
