LASEK review

I had LASEK in 2015. Based on the test results, my eyes were not suitable for LASIK, so LASEK was recommended, and I had serum LASEK. The surgery itself finished quickly, and for about 48 hours after surgery, my eyes hurt so much that it was hard to open them. From around two days later, I was able to open my eyes to some extent and go about daily life. Serum LASEK was a procedure where serum made from my own blood was put into the eyes during the recovery period to help healing. I remember keeping the serum eye drops in the refrigerator and putting them in every 4 to 6 hours, and those cold eye drops really hurt. Overall, I am satisfied. There is some unavoidable night glare, and my eyes feel a bit dry without artificial tears, but the advantage of gaining clear vision was definitely greater than the drawbacks.
