I had it done about 10 years ago, and back then I didn't even consult with the director.. Maybe I assumed I would do it there, but the chief director was unavailable, so I booked with the next-best director, Director M, and when I went on the day of the procedure, Director C was there. So when I said I had booked with Director M, they suddenly started moving around busily and said it was a joint surgery. Looking back now, it was just Director C who did it, and the deception was really obvious... Before the surgery, Director C also handled the design, and Director M just said, 'Yes, we'll take good care of you~' and that was it. Anyway, I had it done, and the shape turned out pretty natural, but I developed scar tissue inside my nose. It wasn't ugly enough to really bother me, so I just lived with it, but now that it's almost 10 years later, I have throbbing pain + nasal congestion. So I'm looking into removal, but there are a lot of opinions about removal too, so I'm worried
