I saw a lot of posts saying the head director seemed annoyed during consultations, but I didn't get that feeling. However, it didn't feel like they explained things clearly. For people who have trouble deciding, the event price seems a bit different because it's the cost for full-face public disclosure. The price isn't that expensive, so I think it's okay.
