The 기준 for extra charges is based on body weight, not body fat percentage. The clinic felt small and cozy overall, and I went there after finding out that the doctor used to be at Woonjin Sesang. They checked the thickness of the fat with ultrasound, and were very kind. I put down a reservation deposit and left, and I'm planning to write a very honest review.
