I went for a consultation about under-eye fat repositioning, and although they didn't mention a specific hospital, they said that it is possible in theory but cannot be done. So I asked them to explain how they do it, but they said there was nothing to explain. They said they just spread the fat flat and fix it in place. They said they have done this surgery a lot, are good at it, and that it is permanent....
