I found out through YouTube about a hospital famous for under-eye fat removal and went for a consultation. In the YouTube video, the director’s charismatic presence was impressive, but in the actual consultation, he was gentle and attentive. Throughout the consultation, he carefully examined the condition of my eyes and explained the surgical method in an easy-to-understand way, so all my questions were answered. I trusted the hospital more because it is known for actual surgeries rather than advertisements, and the fact that it has many patients through YouTube and word of mouth felt the most reassuring.
