I had a consultation with Director Hwang Sung-oh. I waited 1 hour longer than my reservation time. Even though it was a weekday morning, there were many people (foreigners). Both the consultant and the director were kind. The director checked the line several times and answered questions carefully. But instead of slowly looking at it together, he quickly tried the line a few times, so I didn't have enough time to judge whether that line suited me. Overall it wasn't bad, but there were so many people and it felt hectic, so I don't think I'll get surgery there. I recommend it for people who clearly know what they want. If you're unsure, it may be better to go for information rather than surgery. Also, since there is a lot of waiting time, I recommend going there last.
