What happens if natural adhesion double eyelid surgery fails??

My friend has a bit of that sausage-eyelid look + scarring. I have severe scarring, like an incisional surgery scar. It’s been 2-3 years for both of us. We each had it done at different clinics. I hate clinics that advertise natural adhesion = buried suture method. I’d rather it just loosen quickly. The adhesion formed strongly, so I don’t think it will loosen. My eyes were obviously suited for the buried suture method, but I might have to get revision surgery with an incision, so I’m on the verge of losing it mentally.

[@yesye] I don’t think there’s much point in giving the clinic information, because most clinics will probably be similar. The clinic I went to wasn’t just unusually strange.

First of all, loosening seems to be common.

You can just undo it, but it is really annoying. But if you improve it and do it again properly, it’ll be okay.
