Hehehehe after stitch removal, I’m leaving a review.
The photos are edited before/after comparisons, so please keep that in mind. The first photo shows before surgery > 4 days after surgery > day 15.
Before surgery: 84.7 kg > increased to 93-94 kg (due to my period) > today, December 9, weight is 83.6 kg
For other people, weight changes are only 3 to 4 kg, but mine went up by almost 9 to 10 kg..... While comparing my weight day by day during that time, I panicked all by myself, worried that my weight wouldn’t go back down.. hehe
Right now, after showering, every evening I mix a firming oil and a lifting cream and apply them before bed while gently massaging.
I heard that when the fibrosis is settling, massage that is too strong can actually do more harm than good~
Every time I visit the hospital, the director meets me in person and checks my condition, and the kind and pretty manager takes such thorough care of me both before and after surgery, in person and remotely, I can’t even say how much.
The nurses are also good at giving injections and IVs. My veins are hidden, so they’re hard to find, and they also try to insert the needle as painlessly as possible Even when removing the stitches, it felt like they handled it carefully~
And after the doctor’s career, the next most important thing was post-op care! They carefully checked areas I hadn’t been able to confirm myself
Starting this week, I’m going to keep up with stretching, exercise, and diet properly and hope to lose more weight-!!!
My second abdominal procedure and third lower-body procedure are also planned soon.
If you look at the photos below, my upper arms were really heavy before surgery, so from week 2 onward the swelling went down a lot, and now that the line has been refined, I feel satisfied. From now on, I hope to manage the armpit area, accessory breast tissue, and the fibrosis lumps in the inner arms well, so they can get even slimmer.
