My nasal hump is quite pronounced. It is the kind where you think, “Wow, they really have a hump,” at a glance. I had wanted hump reduction surgery for a long time, but I kept putting it off—not only because I was worried about side effects, but also because of the cost. Once I had saved enough, I went around for consultations, and wow... Plastic-surgery consultations are really exhausting T_T Still, I found a clinic I liked and have even completed the reservation. Honestly, when I was just researching clinics online, I thought there was no clinic I would be 100% satisfied with, but after going to consultations, I really got a feeling. I thought, “This is the clinic where I’ll have my surgery,” lol. I decided to have surgery for the hump and nasal tip, and I’m going with donor rib cartilage for the implant. As for autologous costal cartilage, I don’t think I could endure that pain lol. But the doctor said donor rib cartilage is fine if used properly. I just came back after booking the surgery.
