The director explained everything in as much detail as possible. I understood what they meant very well. The consultation manager was also very kind -> I think that would probably be the case for most people before surgery. I was also happy because I got almost as much consultation time with the director as I wanted. They haven't been open for very long yet, so there weren't many people there, which was nice.
