Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

How is early correction for revision rhinoplasty? I’m stressed because my columella looks cut away...

BeforeIt has been 9 days since my nose surgery. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I had revision surgery for a bulbous nose because I wanted “frontal-view correction.” (fat removal + cartilage tying..) + 2 mm silicone nasal bridge + functional costal cartilage for the nasal tip..

But even accounting for swelling, I see zero frontal-view improvement?.... I don’t think this is a swelling issue. Shouldn’t the columella be lowered?..

From the front, my columella is shorter than before...... They said it is because of residual swelling, to wait a week, and if I want correction they will do it after 3–6 months, but I have seen people who had early correction, so I’m askingㅠㅠ

Will the columella come down..? And I’m thinking about waiting until 2 weeks for early correction, then asking them to do the columella + nasal axis. What do you think?..

I’m really stressed..
