and they said they only use ear cartilage?? When I asked whether the ear is too weak, they said that unlike other clinics, they have their own method of reinforcing the support structure in two layers, and they sounded very confident!
The consultation was kind, and the consultant wasn't bad either, but for now I decided to visit the rest of the clinics and decide.
The price was 4 million won.

I went here for a consultation after hearing that an acquaintance of an acquaintance had booked surgery, but it was the worst.
First, I went after making a consultation appointment, but I think I waited 30-40 minutes, and the consultant did act nice, but I could really feel that specific unpleasant attitude consultants have. Still, I thought, as long as the director is good.. and waited and had the consultation.
ㅎㅎ During the consultation, I felt like I was being scolded and lectured. Maybe because the consultations were backed up or because they were tired, they seemed in a bad mood, and it felt like their attitude was, You don't even know that?;; So while consulting, I just wanted to leave.
Still, they did tell me within the director's limits what was possible and what wasn't. They were extremely conservative, so I did get a sense of safety, but they were so conservative that they almost seemed unconfident about surgery, so I wondered what this was.
The diagnosis was short nose, slight hump, retracted columella, basic nasal bridge and tip.
They said they would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and the price was 4 million won.
3) ㅊㄷㅊ-ㄱㅌㅎ
This place is a clinic, so I put it on my list thinking I might get a functional consultation there.
The director was very normal and kind, and the consultant was also ordinary without any issue.
They said my septum is slightly deviated, but it is not a major problem at all, and surgery would only be to the extent that I wanted it.
The diagnosis was nasal bridge silicone, bulbous nose correction, and hump correction, and it was 4 million won.
They said they only use septal cartilage.
Compared with the previous clinics, it felt very expensiveㅋㅋㅠㅠ and the nose shape the director held with a cotton swab was also a bit disappointing compared with other clinics ..ㅇㅅㅇ
If I had severe functional rhinitis or problems, I think I would have considered it, but it wasn't to that extent and I didn't totally love it, so I just passed^^

There was a bit of a wait here too, maybe 20 minutes? But they kept playing videos, so I studied while watching the director's videos with my mom and then went in. The consultants were really kind, so I was grateful. They gave us something like jelly too, and unlike the previous clinics, it felt genuinely kind. (But maybe that was just me; my mom said she wasn't sure they were extremely niceㅋㅋㅋㅋ)
It felt like the director came in right after consulting in the next room, but they greeted us brightly, introduced themselves, and started the consultation, so I was a bit surprised.

Autologous costal cartilage under general anesthesia was a bit scary, but the director explained it in detail and the consultation was thorough, so I think I'll probably do it here.
The price was 4.3 million won with an event discount applied, including a partial review. But since two other places diagnosed a hump, I'll ask again today and probably put down a deposit.
Also, I didn't have a huge aversion to silicone, and I just had a strong desire to finish it solidly with no need for revision when doing the first surgery.. Even though it's my first nose surgery, I chose autologous costal cartilage because I thought it would be better.
All the places on the list above said they would use silicone for my nasal bridge! For your reference
