They recommended surgery using ear cartilage and no implant. Since my ears are small, if there is not enough ear cartilage, cartilage from both ears may be used, and they asked during the consultation whether I would consent to that during surgery. They said in that case, there could be an additional cost of 500,000 won. Overall, in my personal opinion, when I looked at the before-and-after photos, it felt more like a glamorous nose than a natural-looking nose.
