I had my primary surgery here in 2018 and my revision in 2020. My lateral canthoplasty was uneven, and the left side was opened too much into a ㄷ shape, so I had revision surgery to make it less opened again. They used ear cartilage during my nose surgery, but it opened up, so they re-stitched it under local anesthesia. For my primary nose surgery, mesh, ear cartilage, and silicone were used. The nose shape had not improved at all, and about 1 year after surgery? The mesh protruded toward the mucous membrane inside the nostril, so only the mesh was removed. About 6 months later, they said another director at the same hospital would improve the shape, remove the mesh, and do revision surgery, so I had nasal revision surgery with another director. Conclusion: For the lateral canthoplasty, the left side was opened too much, so I had re-suturing? revision surgery, and for the nose surgery, there was no shape improvement, the mesh protruded and was removed, and another director did the revision surgery.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
