I do not know about surgery expectations because I have not really thought about them. The doctor was extremely kind and honest I went in to ask about philtrum reduction, and got recommended facial contouring insteadㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅎㅅㅎ He honestly tells you if a surgery is unnecessary or likely to have poor results. I think his skill is probably good too. I mentioned about five things, but I was only recommended lip filler 정도.
