I had only the nasal tip done using septal cartilage, and although my bulbous nose improved compared to my original nose, even now, 10 years later, I'm still not satisfied, so I'm looking into revision surgery. At the time, the director did not recommend alar reduction, but I still have a lot of lingering regret, so this time I'm also looking into alar reduction together. There were no side effects at all.
