They explained that the surgery would be minimal, and that the shape I wanted would come out to some extent. They were thorough and kind. However, they did not tell me the reasons I heard at other places (the problems that could occur if my nose were operated on that way), so I felt hopeful about the surgery, but my trust level was average. I definitely felt they could make the shape I wanted look pretty. However, osteotomy felt burdensome. I could ask questions about what I was curious about, but the director tended to talk more about his own opinion(?). No review solicitation.
