Even before I went, I had heard that the director gives very blunt reality checks, and they really do. In my case, I went to have my eyes looked at, but they recommended my nose and contour injections too. But as someone whose aesthetic goal is really to fix only what needs fixing and who thinks natural beauty is best, I felt I wasn’t on the same wavelength as the director. The director seems to prefer a somewhat glamorous style.
