Once my collapsed-looking nose came back to life, my side profile changed!! I didn’t really want to go as far as shaving down the bone, so I chose a custom implant, and I think I made the right choice. Since I used autologous costal cartilage for my first nose surgery, I also don’t have to worry about the nasal tip sinking, which is great. In reality, my current nasal tip height is not much different from the height right after the splint was removed. From my first consultation, I felt like this was the place, and it was a good choice!! Getting my nose done here is the best thing I’ve done this year lol
