It's already been 2 years since my rhinoplasty.. Considering it was done with septal cartilage, I'm relieved it hasn't dropped. But since the material is what it is, the side-profile effect is definitely clearer than the frontal effect. It feels like my own nose now, and I haven't had any side effects. I'm so, so happy... Even if I could turn back time, I think I'd do it again..
