Review of rotating my nasal axis with autologous costal cartilage

Before<before>before<before>after<after>after<after>I work in sports, so rhinoplasty felt burdensome, and since I already have a nasal bridge, I just wanted to improve my blunt-looking nose, so I had alar reduction before. Because I had a bridge, I thought that even just alar reduction would change my image a lot, but there wasn’t as big of a change as I expected.

At the time, even a small change felt big, but even that didn’t last a month lol I seriously think I watched every male rhinoplasty vlog on YouTube, and one person’s nose really caught my eye, so I got the information and looked into it. First of all, the consultation with the director was the best, and I really liked that the consultant treated me kindly. I went for consultations at other clinics, then came back the same day and scheduled the surgery date. Director Kim Hyun-joo gave a really detailed consultation. Since my midface is short and my lips are full, I said I wanted a straight line that would make my midface look longer, and asked them to make it look masculine no matter what lol I had revision rhinoplasty and nasal axis correction with autologous costal cartilage, and they said my nasal bridge was wide so I’d probably need osteotomy, so I had osteotomy too. First of all, it hurt... Considering how much it hurt, I didn’t bruise, but when I first looked in the mirror, I was a bit shocked lol... Doesn’t it feel like my whole image changed a lot just from my nose? I’m really satisfied
